Payment-card information is processed by our booking and payment-service providers. MossHenge generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

• Professional advisers, including accountants, attorneys, and insurers

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies or on our behalf. MossHenge does not sell guests’ personal information.

GOOGLE reCAPTCHA

Our booking website uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms and transactions from spam, fraud, and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Google may collect device and usage information as part of that service.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our websites may link to third-party websites, including travel platforms, maps, weather resources, and payment or booking services. We do not control those websites, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage reservations, provide services, comply with tax, accounting, insurance, and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect our legitimate interests.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our websites and booking services are intended for adults arranging lodging. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly to us, please contact us.
